This  Pilates class is primarily about Mam getting fit after pregnancy and is geared to the

energy level of Mams on the particular day.  It is not bootcamp so you can stop to rest at any time.  Babies do what babies do so do not be concerned about baby needing to be fed, changed etc.  We do some of our moves over the babies so there is interaction.  The last part of the class is just about the babies, we play little games, give themstomach time and let them see and interact with each other.
