Please arrive at least five minutes before class to give yourself time to settle on your mat.

It is best not to eat for an hour and a half before class.

Pregnant women can eat a banana before the class if they need to.

Always  remember that when you come to a yoga class it is important to realise that all bodies have different abilities, you may be very strong but not flexible or vice versa.  In this spirit of acceptance of how our bodies are at the moment we can work strongly but safely.

We do not compare ourselves to others in class as this has a tendency to either make us smug or despondent!   Neither being something to aspire to.
